We source our seafood and meat products from local and international markets, ensuring the freshest and highest quality products for our customers.

We fly our products in fresh on a weekly basis. Our flights are scheduled each Wednesday, and freshness is guaranteed through Friday of the same week. Freshness IS NOT guaranteed for orders picked up the following week. 

Yes, we offer custom meat cuts according to customer preferences and requirements. Please speak to one of our butchers for more information.

We do not accept returns on any of our products due to health and safety reasons. However, if there is an issue with the product, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
